Tickets

A ticket admits one person to the Austin AI Conference on May 4 2027 at the Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center. Tickets are tied to the named attendee and are checked at the door.

Refunds and transfers

Refunds are available until 4 February 2027. Ask any time before that date and you get your money back, no explanation needed. Email info@austinaiconference.com and we will process it back to the card you paid with.

After 4 February 2027, tickets can be transferred but not refunded. Send us the new attendee's name and email and we will reissue the ticket to them. There is no charge for a transfer and you can do it right up to the morning of the event, including at the door.

The cutoff exists because catering, printing and staffing are all committed by early February. It is not there to trap anyone, which is why transfers stay open and free for the whole three months after it.

Programme changes

Speakers and sessions can change. We will tell ticket holders by email when they do. The date and venue are fixed; if either has to change, ticket holders get the choice of a transfer or a refund.

Conduct

Harassment of any kind ends your day at the conference with no refund. That covers speakers, attendees, sponsors, staff and organisers equally. If something happens, find any organiser and we will deal with it.

Photography

We photograph and film the event for promotion. Tell us at check-in if you would rather not appear and we will make sure you do not.

Liability

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. Nothing said from the stage is professional advice for your specific situation.
