This website

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA and test it, rather than assuming. Every page works from the keyboard, every image has a text alternative, colour contrast is checked against the actual backgrounds we use, and all motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting.

If something here does not work for you, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

The venue

The Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center is single-level with step-free access throughout and 316 free parking spaces on site, including accessible bays close to the entrance.

On the day

Tell us in advance and we will arrange reserved seating, dietary requirements, a quiet space, or anything else that makes the day work. There is no form to justify and nothing to prove.

Live captioning is something we intend to provide and will confirm here once it is booked.
